Out of time
- rock from way back when...
Out of time got together as a band in 1999.
The name - Out of time - was taken from a Jagger & Richards song on the "Aftermath" album (1966); a song which was also a big hit for Chris Farlowe the same year.
The name - Out of time - was chosen in great haste for our first job on 17 April 1999 at "Nygade Huset", Aabenraa in Southern Jutland.
Since then Out of time have played at a variety of festivals, concerts and parties mainly in our local area, Aabenraa, but also in Copenhagen, Aarhus and the islands of Funen and Als.
"Out of time" - the band's name - says a lot about our repertoire: rock, blues and pop from way back when (the 50s - 60s - 70s). But we do sometimes include numbers of a later date. Our repertoire consists of copies, but in our own arrangements.
